11:00 My husband brought me breakfast in bed: Salami sandwich and green tea.
13:15 Lunch: Tortilla wraps filled with the leftover Bolognese sauce from yesterday, spiced with Taco seasoning mix, topped with cheese and served with tomato, red onion, corn and extra virgin olive oil and white vinegar.
17:00 Smoothies: Banana, frozen cherries, orange juice and ginger.
18:30 Dinner: Fish sticks, oven roasted potato slices and dill sauce (creme fraiche, quark, lemon juice and dill).
