7:00 Woke up after 7,5 hours of sleep.
7:45 Breakfast: Yoghurt, banana and corn flakes with a glass of orange juice.
8:15 Me and my daughter went to school by bike. It’s the first time since the snow that we were both on our bikes.
11:35 Cycled to school to take my daughter home for lunch.
12:15 Lunch: Leftover homemade tomato soup (fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, water, vegetable stock, tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper, creme fraiche and fresh basil) with feta cheese.
12:45 Cycled back to school with my daughter. From there I cycled to the grocery store to do some groceries.
15:10 Snack: One Pink Lady apple, while cycling back to the school. My daughter wanted to bring a friend home so we walked back.
18:30 Dinner: Rookworst (smoked sausage) and zucchini kabobs, with oven roasted sweet potato and a corn and cherry tomato salsa.
20:50 32 minute workout on the Wii Fit Plus.
Had some tea with my husband.
