8:20 Cycled to school to drop my daughter off. (1.4 km)
9:30 Breakfast: Yoghurt with sliced banana and corn flakes. Orange juice.
12:05 Cycled to school to pick up my daughter. (1.4 km)
12:25 Quick lunch before we had to go to my daughter’s ballet lesson. 2 slices of bread with melted cheese and 2 tangerines.
Took my daughter to her ballet school and afterwards one of her friends was here and played, so I had no time to exercise.
18:00 Dinner: Pasta with courgette, parma ham and chèvre.
After dinner I had to work, so no exercise today!
21:00 I had 4 pieces of candy.
Drinks: Had one glass of juice with breakfast. The rest of the day I drank water and tea.
