9:40 Woke up after 10 hours sleep. This just proves that I don’t get enough sleep during the week. I know that 7 hours of sleep is not that bad, but I just need more.
10:30 Breakfast: 1 Swedish crispbread with cream cheese and 2 tangerines.
12:20 Lunch: Omelet with zucchini served with salad, ham and pine nuts.
18:00 Dinner: Roast beef, noodles, broccoli and a mix of sun-dried tomatoes and sour cream.
Today was a really busy day. I worked and we brought our daughter to her swimming lesson, so no time to exercise today.
