6:45 Woke up after 8 hours sleep, although I was more or less awake from 4:30.
8:45 Breakfast: Swedish crispbread with liver pate and tomato with a tangerine.
At 10:35 a friend of mine came by with her daughter, who is my daughters best friend.
12:30 Lunch: 2 slices of bread with liver pate and tomato. One small slice of bread with the sun-dried tomato mix from Saturday.
In the afternoon we baked gingerbread cookies and decorated them. I didn’t eat any of them.
16:40 Afternoon snack: 2 tangerines.
18:30 Tonight my husband cooked dinner: Pasta with tuna, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, cauliflower, olives and Parmesan cheese.
After dinner I worked for a couple of hours, so no exercise today. 😦
Today I drank a lot of green tea.
