7:00 Woke up after 7 hours of sleep.
8:00 Drank a big glass of water.
8:15 Cycled to school with my daughter (1.4 km)
8:50 Breakfast: Yoghurt, banana, cinnamon and corn flakes.
My husband pick our daughter up from school so I could prepare lunch.
12:00 Lunch: Ham with quinoa, rocket salad, egg and capers. My daughter was really happy, she thought it was because it was Valentine’s day.
12:40 Walked to school with my daughter. (1.4 km)
At 15:00 me and my husband picked up our daughter at school to go to our first doctor’s appointment with our new GP.
18:00 Dinner: Chicken burgers (chicken, creme fraiche, Italian herbs, egg) with bulgur and a mash of red lentils and lemon juice served with a mixed green leaf salad.
18:40 Cycled to the supermarket to buy some things that we forgot to buy yesterday. (2,45 km)
20:00 Tea and cookies. 🙂
