8:00 Woke up after 6,5 hours of sleep.
9:25 Breakfast: Yoghurt, banana, cinnamon and corn flakes.
12:00 Lunch: Mixed green leaf salad, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn, tuna and cottage cheese with a lemon and olive oil dressing.
12:30 Took the bus to town for an appointment.
14:00 Had a small bag of chips and a bottle of vitamin water while I was waiting for the bus home.
When I got home me and my daughter made some home-made play dough. My daughter used it to make a pancake cake and we dried it in the oven.
18:15 My husband cooked tonight: Fish sticks, pasta, peas and a quark and dill sauce.
20:00 Had some tea and watched TV with my husband.
