9:00 Woke up after 8 hours of sleep.
Had a cup of green tea and made the coming weeks meal planning and shopping list.
11:25 Had a quick breakfast before we went grocery shopping: Swedish crispbread with butter, turkey salami and cheese.
12:40 Lunch: Omelet with zucchini and onion, served with a mixed green leaf salad with tomato.
13:40 My husband and me drove to our daughter’s swimming lesson. When the lesson started my husband drove me to Olivia’s “Welcome baby shower” (kraamfeest), so I could help her parents setting up for the party. During the party I helped out, making coffee, tea and making sure we were not running out of cups or plates. My husband and daughter arrived after my daughter’s swimming lesson.
18:45 Dinner: Green tagliatelle with salmon, broccoli and parmesan cheese.
After dinner me and my husband relaxed with some tea.
