6:30 Woke up after 6 hours of sleep. Went to bed on time but our daughter woke me a couple of times during the night. My daughter felt feverish this morning so we decided to have a pajama day.
8:00 Breakfast: Swedish crispbread with cranberry liver pate and tomato with a cup of green tea.
10:30 Snack: Non dairy smoothie: Frozen raspberries, banana and freshly pressed mandarin juice.
12:30 Lunch: arugula, brown beans, avocado, tomato, apple (Pink Lady), feta cheese, chorizo and black olives.
In the afternoon we made some homemade play dough.
When my husband came home from work I had an appointment so I didn’t have time to cook.
18:45 Dinner: We stopped at the local McDonald’s on the way back home from my appointment. I had a Chicken Focaccia with some french fries.
20:30 Wii Fit plus Free step 30 min.
Had some tea and watched some TV.
