7:50 Woke up after 7,5 hours of sleep. Had two cups of green tea in bed.
10:00 Breakfast: Swedish crispbread with cranberry liver pate and two mandarins.
10:30 Snack: Smoothie, my daughter picked frozen raspberry, banana and freshly pressed mandarin juice.
Today we spent the day moving things around in the kitchen and livingroom to make room for the new refrigerator that is arriving next week.
12:25 Grilled cheese sandwich with ham, red cabbage with a vinaigrette and ketchup.
18:15 Dinner: Tortilla wraps with taco spiced minced meat, arugula, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, cheese, kidney beans, red onion, creme fraiche, spicy salsa and homemade guacamole: avocado, ginger, creme fraiche, garlic, chilli and lemon juice.
After dinner me and my husband had some tea.
