Breakfast in bed

7:45 Woke up after 7,5 hours of sleep. Felt really bad, like I was coming down with the flu. So I stayed in bed until noon. My husband kept bringing me drinks all morning.

8:50 Breakfast in bed: Swedish crispbread with butter and cheese.

In the afternoon we took our daughter to her swimming lesson.

14:15 Lunch at the swimming pool: Mushroom soup with toasted bread and herb butter.

We spent the rest of the day cleaning and tidying the house. We have guests coming tomorrow.

18:20 Dinner: Chicken breasts stuffed with salami and pesto, bulgur with pine nuts, Chevre sauce (chevre, cooking cream and balsamic vinegar) and a mixed green leaf salad with tomato.

 After dinner I had lots of tea.
