8:45 Woke up after 7,5 hours of sleep. Did some meal planning for the coming days.
9:55 Breakfast: A glass of yoghurt and a banana.
Did some grocery shopping.
12:12 Lunch: Zucchini with feta cheese and creme fraiche served with roast beef and a mixed green leaf salad and cherry tomatoes.
13:15 Cycled to my daughter’s swimming lesson. Today we got to watch the lesson! She really has learned a lot, but having us there was distracting.
15:30 Cycled home from the swimming lesson.
18:25 Dinner – first barbecue of the year: Cherry tomatoes, grilled aubergine, feta cheese, tagliatelle, lamb sausage, pork kabobs, avocado and kidney bean salad (avocado, kidney beans, spring onion, balsamic vinegar and olive oil), Tzatziki (cucumber, yoghurt, garlic, olive oil and parsley), red bell pepper.
After dinner we ordered the last few things for our new bathroom and had some tea in front of the TV.
