7:00 Woke up after more than 8 hours of sleep. Got my daughter ready for school.
8:00 Snack: A banana and some apple juice.
8:20 Cycled to school with my daughter to drop her off. Me and my daughter’s best friend’s mother cycled in to town to run some errands.
9:15 Breakfast at Hema for 1 Euro: French bread with omelet and bacon, croissant with strawberry jam and a cup of green tea.
10:30 Cycled to my friend’s house for a cup of tea.
11:30 Cycled to school to pick up our daughters for lunch.
12:30 Lunch: Mixed leaf salad (frisee lettuce, lollo rosso, lollo blondo and red lettuce), corn, celery, cherry tomatoes, green olives, tuna, extra virgin olive oil and fresh lime juice.
12:45 Cycled to school again. From there I cycled to the grocery store for some groceries.
15:00 Walked to school with my daughter’s bike to pick her up. We went to two playgrounds on our way home.
18:45 Dinner: My experimental Moussaka (minced meat, red onion, onion, celery, tomato puree, pealed tomatoes, beef stock, paprika powder, red lentils, potato, milk and cheese).
After dinner me and my husband had some tea together for the first time in two weeks.
