7:00 Woke up after more than 8 hours of sleep. My daughter was very uncooperative this morning, so I decided to have breakfast after dropping her off.
8:20 Cycled to school with my daughter.
10:00 Breakfast: Sliced bread with liver pate and cherry tomatoes and a raspberry smoothie (frozen raspberries, banana and orange juice.
A friend came over with her two youngest daughters (she has three).
11:40 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
12:25 Lunch with my friend and our daughters: Lima beans, kidney beans, black beans, olive oil, vinegar, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn, Cajun spiced chicken and a thyme sauce (creme fraiche, quark and thyme).
12:45 Cycled to school with my daughter.
15:05 Cycled to school to pick up my daughter. My daughter wanted to have a playdate at her best friend’s so we both went there.
15:45 Snack: My friend made smoothies for all of us (banana, kiwi, apple, strawberry and orange juice).
16:50 Cycled home with my daughter.
18:10 Dinner: Cajun spiced chicken, oven baked sweet potato and a mix of mango, raspberry, coriander and lime juice.
After dinner we watched TV and had some tea.
