7:00 Woke up after 7,5 hours of sleep. Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
8:15 Cycled to school with my daughter, then to the grocery store for food for today.
9:30 Breakfast: Yoghurt, banana, cinnamon and corn flakes.
11:30 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
12:20 Lunch: Mixed green leaf salad, celery, avocado, tomato, chevre, smoked salmon, extra virgin olive oil and lime juice.
12:45 Cycled back to school with my daughter.
15:00 Walked to school with my daughter’s bike.
18:20 Dinner: Beetroot, spaghetti, olive oil, roasted garlic, roasted pine nuts, chives and parmesan cheese.
After dinner a friend of mine called so we could catch up.
