4:00-5:00 Awake because my daughter had a bad dream.
9:00 Woke up after a total of 7 hours, but because of the broken sleep I was very tired, so we had a very slow start of the day, staying in bed reading to my daughter.
11:30 Brunch: Tortillas filled with tuna spread and avocado, served with cherry tomatoes.
16:00 Snack: Cherry smoothie: Banana, frozen cherries and apple juice.
18:40 Dinner: Pasta with bacon sauce (bacon, red onion, creme fraiche and mustard) served with green asparagus and Parmesan cheese.
20:15 30 minute workout on our cross trainer.
After my workout I had a cup of hot chocolate, followed by some tea.
