9:45 Woke up after more than 8 hours of sleep. My husband let me sleep in.
10:00 Breakfast: Yoghurt, banana and corn flakes with a cup of tea.
I spent the rest of the morning defrosting the freezer and preparing the lunch with my daughter.
14:00 Lunch: Spinach gratin (spinach, egg, creme fraiche, feta cheese, salt and pepper, decorated with red onion and black olives) and smoked salmon. Served with a mixed leaf salad.
After lunch I folded the laundry and stored our Christmas decorations.
17:00 We drove to the drive through at McDonald’s for some milkshakes, I had a Caramel Macchiato.
18:30 Dinner: Chicken breasts stuffed with salami and green tapenade, bulgur with pine nuts, Chevre sauce (chevre, cooking cream and balsamic vinegar) and a side salad (corn salad, corn and cherry tomatoes).
After dinner me and my husband had some tea.
21:15 30 minute workout on our Wii Fit.
