7:00 Woke up after 7 hours of sleep. Went downstairs to feed the cat and make a snack for my daughter to bring to school. Woke my daughter, got her dressed and ready for school.
8:20 Walked to school with my daughter on her sled.
When I got home I made a to-do list for the day.
9:35 Breakfast: Yoghurt with crispy muesli and a cup of green tea.
10:30 13 minute workout on our cross trainer. (I was waiting for the washing machine to stop.)
11:35 Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch, but she asked if she could have lunch at a friend’s house.
12:45 Lunch: Bulgur with red onion, broccoli, chicken and an avocado sauce (avocado, lemon and creme fraiche).
Managed to do 10 items on my to-do list.
15:05 Walked to school to pick up my daughter. My husband was also waiting at the school, so we drove home with the car.
16:10 Parent-teacher conference, our daughter is on track for starting 3 grade after the summer.
After the conference we went to buy new skates for our daughter and then my husband took her ice-skating while I cooked. After less than 30 minutes my husband called me to come and look. She was ice-skating, on her own!
When we came home we all cooked, my daughter rolled the meatballs.
19:00 Dinner: Meatballs (egg, cooking cream, oatmeal, onion, minced meat and feta cheese) with a bean mash (white beans, olive oil and basil) served with mixed leaf salad, tomato and cucumber.
Me and my husband had some tea and watched “4 weddings and a funeral” on TV.
