7:00 Woke up after 7 hours of sleep. Got our daughter ready for school.
My husband took her to school on his way to work.
8:50 Breakfast: Oatmeal, banana, cinnamon, milk and green tea.
10:30 Went grocery shopping by bike.
11:30 Lunch: Whole wheat buns, one with tuna spread, avocado and cherry tomatoes and one with cream cheese with herbs, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
12:05 Cycled to school to pick up my daughter and bring her to her ballet lesson. We cycled with my daughter’s friend and her mother. My daughter had her lunch on the bike.
After the lesson we cycled home and had some tea while the girls played.
18:00 Dinner: Tortellini filled with tomato and mozzarella, green peas, bacon and parmesan cheese.
At the end of the day me and my husband had some tea.
