7:00 Woke up after 7,5 hours of sleep. Got my daughter ready for school.
8:20 Cycled to school with my daughter.
9:10 Breakfast: Oatmeal with flaxseed, banana, cinnamon and milk.
10:10 33 minute walk/jog (I’m following the 5k101 podcast from Running Mate, I’m on week 2)
10:45 15 minutes stretching.
11:40 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
12:20 Lunch: Whole wheat tortilla wraps with cream cheese, salami and cucumber served with cherry tomatoes.
12:45 Cycled back to school with my daughter.
15:05 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home. She wanted to play at her best friends so we both went there.
17:10 Cycled home to make dinner.
18:20 Dinner: Salad (lettuce, quinoa, red lentils, corn and cherry tomatoes), grilled fillet of pork and carrot tsatsiki (shredded carrots, garlic, lemon juice and quark).
20:45 Snack: Frozen raspberries.
Me and my husband ended the day with some tea.
