2:00 Woke up because my feet were itchy, so annoying!
5:30 Woke up because my husband thought he turned the alarm off, but it was on snooze.
7:00 Woke up, but didn’t make it out of bed until 7:15. Got my daughter ready for school.
8:10 Didn’t have time for breakfast before bringing my daughter to school, so I decided to have a glass of vegetable juice.
8:25 Cycled to school to drop off my daughter. Then I cycled to the shops to run some errands.
10:05 Breakfast: Yoghurt, banana and corn flakes.
11:35 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
12:35 Lunch: mixed leaf salad, cherry tomatoes, corn, feta cheese, pine nuts, avocado, ham, olives and a vinaigrette sauce. I didn’t have time to finish my salad so I saved it for later.
12:50 Cycled back to school. On my way back an 8-year-old boy gave me a thumbs up for wearing my helmet on the bike.
13:30 33 minute walk/jog (I’m following the 5k101 podcast from Running Mate, I’m on week 2). I was slower because of the heat, but I had water with me. Afterwards I stretched for 15 minutes.
14:55 Had the rest of my salad.
15:10 Cycled to school to pick up my daughter. We went home for some fruit and a drink for my daughter and then we took her landing net to try to catch a fish in the waters close to our house. We didn’t see any fish but we had fun anyway.
18:25 Dinner: Pasta with smoked beef, grilled zucchini (my daughter requested zucchini again), chevre and parmesan cheese.
Me and my husband ended the night with a cup of tea.
