7:00 Woke up after a restless night of twisting and turning in bed. (No idea why??)
Woke our daughter which took longer than yesterday.
8:00 Breakfast: Banana, cinnamon, coconut, yoghurt and corn flakes.
8:15 Cycled to school with my daughter, then to the grocery store for some groceries.
9:30 Went for a 38 min jog/walk. This was my second time doing week 6 of the 5k101 podcast from Running Mate . Stretched for 15 minutes when I got back.
11:10 Started preparing the lunch.
11:35 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home for lunch. She wanted to eat a friend’s place, so I cycled home alone.
12:05 Lunch: Black beans with sunflower seeds, olive oil and red vinegar, artichoke hearts, tomato, avocado and chicken marinated in garlic BBQ sauce and lime juice, served with a greek yoghurt-lime dressing.
13:05 A friend picked me up and we cycled into town to run some errands, we cycled back just in time to bring our girls home from school.
16:00 Snack: Grapes from our garden.
18:50 Dinner: Store bought tomato soup with some pink humus (with beetroot).
When our daughter fell asleep me and my husband spent 15 minutes working on one of our goals.
22:00 Me and my husband did our push ups, I did 10-10-10.
Today I drank water, tea and one glass of fruit juice.
