9:20 Woke up after more than 8 hours of sleep. Stayed in bed and watched YouTube for half an hour.
When I got downstairs it was time for my weekly weigh-in. This first week of September I had 426 active minutes and I lost 1.7 kg! 🙂
10:15 Breakfast: Banana, cinnamon, coconut, yoghurt and corn flakes.
After breakfast I did the weekly meal planning and then we went grocery shopping.
11:50 Lunch: Mixed leaf salad, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, roast beef and cheese omelet.
After lunch it was time to take our daughter to her swimming lesson.
After the lesson we drove to IKEA to buy a new bed for our daughter.
15:40 Snack: Yoghurt, berries and pineapple with fresh mint infusion and honey.
18:00 Snack: Banana.
18:30 Dinner: Store-bought French onion soup with whole wheat buns with butter and cheese.
After dinner we all helped out assembling the bed, so our daughter ended up going to bed really late in her new bed.
Me and my husband had some tea at the end of the night.
