ShayLoss September Day 12 – Spending the afternoon with a friend

7:00 Woke up after 8 hours of sleep. Got my daughter ready for school.

8:15 Cycled to school with my daughter on the back of my bike.

8:45 Breakfast: Banana, cinnamon, coconut, yoghurt, corn flakes and green tea.
Breakfast: Banana, cinnamon, coconut, yoghurt, corn flakes and green tea.

10:00 Cycled to the stores to buy some things and do some groceries. The sun was shining and it rained, I looked for a rainbow, but I couldn’t see one.

11:45 Prepared lunch.

11:55 My friend came over to pick me up because we were going by car to ballet today. So we made a stop at school to get our girls.

12:20 Lunch (in the car): Me and my daughter had Tortilla wraps with avocado, cucumber, cheese and ham. (Sorry, no picture)

After the lesson we drove into town and did some shopping. The girls had some ice cream.

18:20 Dinner: Cod, bulgur and oven roasted vegetables (zucchini, aubergine, red onion, carrots and tomato) with a horseradish sauce (horseradish, Greek yoghurt and creme fraiche).

When our daughter went to sleep me and my husband had some tea.

22:20 Decided to do 30 minutes of Free Step on the Wii Fit, because we took the car to ballet.
