7:00 Woke up after 7 hours of sleep.
7:55 Breakfast: Oatmeal with cinnamon, coconut and flaxseed with milk.
8:15 Walked to school with my daughter.
11:35 Walked back to school to bring my daughter home from school.
12:30 Lunch: Tortilla wrap with avocado, tuna, and cottage cheese with Italian herb mix, served with cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
Me and my daughter had a relaxing afternoon, which is exactly what we needed.
Just before my husband came home I called one of my friends in Germany, we hadn’t talked in a long time, so it was nice to reconnect.
18:50 Dinner: Swedish pancakes (flour, salt, milk, eggs and butter) with warm blueberries.
After dinner I worked on one of my goals for 2 hours.
Today I only drank tea and water.
