9:10 Woke up after more than 8 hours of sleep. When I got downstairs my husband went for a run.
For me it was time for my weekly weigh-in. The second week of September I had 377 active minutes and lost 0.3 kg. Not as much as last week, but I was less active.
10:10 Breakfast: Yoghurt, cinnamon, coconut and corn flakes.
12:15 Lunch: Bulgur mixed with salsa, red onion and corn served with cucumber, cottage cheese with Italian herb mix and chicken marinated in garlic BBQ sauce and lemon juice.
Then we took our daughter to her swimming lesson, we had some tea while we waited for her.
After the lesson we went to an organic grocery store to do our groceries, and then to the grocery store we usually go to get what we couldn’t find at the first one.
18:25 Dinner: Pasta with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, cucumber and Parmesan cheese.
When our daughter went to sleep me and my husband worked on one of our goals for 45 minutes.
