ShayLoss September Day 16 – Choosing exercise over sleep

8:00 Woke up from the alarm clock. Put my running clothes on and went downstairs.

8:15 Had a cup of yoghurt.
Had a cup of yoghurt.

8:20 I went for a 53 min jog/walk. This was the third time doing week 7 of the 5k101 podcast from Running Mate. Stretched for 15 minutes when I got back.

Took a shower and got ready for a birthday party. When we were all done we got in the car and drove to my husband’s sister. They were celebrating their oldest daughters birthday.

11:00 Snack: Banana in the car.

12:55 Lunch: Tomato soup.
Lunch: Tomato soup.
Salmon rolls, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese salad, black olives, garlic bread and a bread roll with Filet Americain.

I also had some grapes, but no birthday cake.

17:20 Another snack in the car: 6 Tucs and sliced apple.

18:45 Dinner: Pesto filled tortellini, broccoli, ham and Parmesan cheese.

During the day I had tea, water and one glass of lemonade.

When our daughter went to sleep me and my husband folded our laundry and worked on one of our goals for 15 minutes.
