7:00 Woke up after 7 hours of sleep. I thought it was my husbands alarm, but it was mine. Promised myself I would take a nap in the afternoon.
8:00 Breakfast: Yoghurt and banana.
8:20 Cycled to school with my daughter on the back of my bike.
9:20 I went for a 55 min jog/walk. I’m doing the supplemental week for week 7 (7-2) of the 5k101 podcast from Running Mate this week.
10:20 Had a glass of coconut water with pineapple.
And then I stretched for 15 minutes.
11:40 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
12:20 Lunch: Quesadilla with pesto and cheese, mixed green leaf salad and cherry tomatoes.
12:50 Cycled back to school with my daughter on the back of my bike.
A friend asked me if I wanted to come with her running some errands, so I did.
14:30 Cycled home from my friend.
15:05 Walked to school to bring my daughter home. She wanted to play with a friend, so she came with us.
18:00 Snack: Banana.
A friend of mine came and picked me up. We went into town to do some shopping.
19:10 Dinner: We went to Subway and I had a toasted Chicken Fajita on a half Honey oat.
When I got home me and my husband had some tea.
