7:00 Woke up after 8 hours of sleep. My daughter had a sore throat and did not want to go to school, because her voice sounded strange. But finally I got her dressed and ready for school.
8:15 Walked to school with my daughter.
9:10 Breakfast: Oatmeal, cinnamon, coconut, flaxseed, banana and milk with a cup of tea.
11:15 Started preparing lunch.
11:35 Cycled to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
12:20 Lunch: Bulgur, red onion, parsley, cucumber, tomato, mozzarella, black olives, and boiled egg with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
12:45 Cycled back to school with my daughter on the back of my bike.
15:05 Walked to school to bring my daughter home.
16:15 Snack: Shared a Jazz apple with my daughter.
18:20 Dinner: Hamburgers (minced meat, egg, cooking cream, onion and wheat bran) with Mediterranean rice (rice, sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seed, pine nuts and black olives), avocado, green grapes and pomegranate and a lime-yoghurt sauce (lime, Greek yoghurt and creme fraiche).
When our daughter went to sleep me and my husband worked on one of our goals for 30 minutes.
Then we had tea and watched some TV.
