5:50 Woke up after 6.5 hours of sleep and had the green tea that my husband brought me just before he went to work.
7:00 Woke my daughter and got her ready for school. While preparing the breakfast I realized that we were almost out of yogurt and I didn’t really have time to make something else.
8:05 Snack: A little bit of yogurt and raw cacao bean.
8:15 Walked to school with my daughter.
9:15 Breakfast: Banana, kiwi and orange smoothie.
11:35 Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
12:30 Lunch: Red lettuce, black beans, tuna, feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil and red vinegar.
12:45 Walked back to school with my daughter.
15:00 Walked to school to bring my daughter home. Then we went to her ballet lesson. It was the first time with a new group and a new teacher.
19:15 Dinner: Broccoli and black bean soup (onion, garlic, vegetable stock, broccoli, black beans and lime juice) served with some yogurt.
