Woke up after 7 hours of sleep because my daughter was crying, she had a nightmare. Talked to her and gave her some hugs.
Had a cup of green tea in bed.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with blackberries and milk.
Lunch: Iceberg lettuce, carrots, corn, cherry roma tomatoes, cucumber, tuna and Parmesan cheese.
After lunch we took our daughter to her horseback riding lesson.
After the lesson we went to a birthday party BBQ.
At the birthday party I had some chips and peanuts.
Dinner: Barbecued chicken with bread and a chili sauce. For dessert I had some fruit salad. (sorry, no picture)
