Woke up after 8 hours of sleep and feeling slightly better.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
My husband took our daughter to her cousin’s birthday party. They were gone most of the day, so I was home alone watching another MasterChef Australia marathon.
Lunch: Cauliflower gratin (cauliflower, eggs, cheese, yogurt and cherry tomatoes) served on butterhead lettuce with smoked salmon.
Wasn’t really hungry at dinner.
Dinner: Apricot and banana smoothie.
Today I had lots of tea with honey.
