Woke up after 6 hours of sleep. The sore throat is back. Had the cup of tea that my husband left for me when he went to work.
Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
Lunch: Butterhead lettuce, black beans, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, boiled eggs, sunflower seed, red vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Walked back to school with my daughter.
In the afternoon I did some laundry and I had some tea with honey.
Walked back to school to bring my daughter home.
Got our daughter ready for ballet.
We took the car to ballet lesson. During the lesson we were having tea with two of the moms. We decided that from now on we will take turns bringing the girls to ballet in one car instead of all of us going by car. So every 3 weeks we have to take all 3 girls.
Dinner: Chicken soup (onion, chicken, celery, carrot, romanesco broccoli, chickpeas and chicken stock).
Late night snack: Yogurt and banana.
