Woke up after 7 hours of sleep. Had the cup of tea that my husband left for me when he went to work.
Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Snack: String cheese.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
Lunch: Omelet with red onion and Parmesan cheese, served with butterhead lettuce.
Walked back to school with my daughter.
Snack: Dry-roasted peanuts.
Walked back to school to bring my daughter home. She wanted to play with her best friend, so I walked home alone.
Walked to the playground to bring my daughter home. My daughter was playing with two of her best friends.
Dinner: My husband cooked. Grilled pork tenderloin and aubergine with Parmesan cheese. I had mine with Napa cabbage instead of pasta.
