In the afternoon we took our daughter to her horseback riding lesson. She had her lesson today, because she has a birthday party on the day that she would usually have her lesson.

Dinner: Tomato sauce (onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, dried Italian herbs, fresh basil) served on shredded zucchini served with Parmesan cheese and green olives.Dinner: Tomato sauce (onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, dried Italian herbs, fresh basil) served on shredded zucchini served with Parmesan cheese and green olives.

I was going to say the granola was my favorite. Then I saw the omelette! And then your dinner — shredded zucchini, what a perfect idea! Looks like a fabulous day. And that’s so great that your daughter’s into horses — my own little girl has been asking to ride one. Does your daughter enjoy her lessons?
