Woke up after 7.5 hours of sleep. Had the cup of green tea that my husband left for me before he went to work. Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Snack: Tropical trail mix.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home. She wanted to play with her best friend, so she came with us.
Lunch: Omelet (red onion, ham, cheese and egg) with cherry tomatoes.
In the afternoon we took our daughter to her horseback riding lesson. She had her lesson today, because she has a birthday party on the day that she would usually have her lesson.
Dinner: Tomato sauce (onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, dried Italian herbs, fresh basil) served on shredded zucchini served with Parmesan cheese and green olives.
When our daughter went to sleep, me and my husband had some tea.
