Woke up after 6.5 hours of sleep. Had a cup of green tea that my husband left for me when he went to work. Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut with a cup of tea.
Walked back to school to bring my daughter home.
Lunch: Butterhead lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, red onion, feta cheese, chicken, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.
Walked to Fungym with my daughter. Took a walk while she was there.
When Fungym was over we brought a friend home for a playdate.
Dinner: Salmon in sauce (onion, cream, milk, fish stock, smoked salmon, lemon juice and dill) served on shredded zucchini, topped with Parmesan cheese. My husband and daughter had pasta with the sauce.
Late night snack: Dry-roasted peanuts.
When our daughter went to sleep, me and my husband had some tea.
