Woke up after 6.5 hours of sleep. Went downstairs and made myself a cup of green tea. Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, banana, cinnamon, shredded coconut and milk with a cup of green tea.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
Lunch: Pointed cabbage, apple (my daughter’s suggestion), tomato, boiled egg and mozzarella with extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Walked back to school with my daughter.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home. She wanted to play with her best friend so I walked home alone. Later I walked to her friend’s house to bring her home.
Dinner: Stir-fried vegetables (red onion, carrot, celery, romanesco broccoli) and chicken with garlic. (sorry, forgot to make a picture)
When my husband came home we had some tea and talked about the last few days.
