Last night I was awake between 2 and 3. My daughter woke up crying. When I woke up in the morning, I had slept 6.5 hours in total, but because my sleep was broken, it felt like a lot less. Had a cup of green tea that my husband left for me before he went to work.
Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut with a cup of green tea.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
Lunch: Cheese omelet with a red cabbage and carrot side salad.
Walked back to school with my daughter.
Went to a friend’s place for some tea and a cookie.
Walked back to school to bring my daughter home. Got her ready for her ballet lesson.
Dinner: Stir-fried vegetables (carrot, celery, bean sprouts, zucchini and tomatoes) with chicken.
When our daughter went to sleep, me and my husband had some tea.
