I woke up after 7.5 hours of sleep. I had a cup of green tea that my husband left for me before he went to work. Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut with a cup of green tea.
Walked back to school to bring my daughter home. Her “twin”came with us again.
Lunch: Red cabbage, tomatoes, celery, carrots and smoked chicken breast, served with a vinaigrette.
Spent most of the day cleaning the house.
Dinner: Tuna sauce (tuna, creme fraiche, lemon juice and dill) on shredded zucchini. Served with a lot of Parmesan cheese.
Me and my husband had some tea at the end of the night.
