Woke up after 7 hours of sleep. Had a cup of green tea before I woke our daughter and got her ready for school. My husband walked to school with her today.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Snack: Swedish crispbread with liver pate and a glass of orange juice.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.
Lunch: Napa cabbage, tomato, avocado, fried eggs and goat’s cheese.
Me and my husband took our daughter back to school by car on our way to the supermarket.
I had a snack in the car on the way home: Fruit and nut bar from Eat Natural.
While walking to school I had another snack: Dried fruit.
An American friend who lives in Bulgaria came over for dinner. He was in the Netherlands giving a training.
Dinner: Oven baked salmon with a basil-sauce (fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and white vinegar) served with oven roasted vegetables (potatoes, carrots and parsnip), red cabbage and carrot salad, tomato and red onion salad.
After we tried a new tea that we bought today. It’s a rooibos, coconut and cacao tea.
