My friend from Bulgaria came over for dinner

Woke up after 7 hours of sleep. Had a cup of green tea before I woke our daughter and got her ready for school. My husband walked to school with her today.

Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.

Walked to school to bring my daughter home for lunch.

Lunch: Napa cabbage, tomato, avocado, fried eggs and goat’s cheese.Lunch: Napa cabbage, tomato, avocado, fried eggs and goat's cheese.

Me and my husband took our daughter back to school by car on our way to the supermarket.

I had a snack in the car on the way home: Fruit and nut bar from Eat Natural.I had a snack in the car on the way home: Fruit and nut bar from Eat Natural.

An American friend who lives in Bulgaria came over for dinner. He was in the Netherlands giving a training.

After we tried a new tea that we bought today. It’s a rooibos, coconut and cacao tea.
