Woke up after more than 8 hours of sleep. Had a cup of green tea.
Breakfast: Yogurt drink (yogurt, apple juice, cinnamon, banana and shredded coconut) and dried fruit.
Me and my husband took our daughter to her figure skating lesson, then her music lesson.
Lunch: Napa cabbage, fried eggs, goat’s cheese and avocado.
Me and my husband took our daughter to her horseback riding lesson. The horse she was riding bit her in the arm just before the lesson. She cried for a little while and then she got up on the horse and showed him who was in charge.
Snack: Hot chocolate with whipped cream.
Dinner: Chicken, chestnut mushrooms, garlic, tomato paste and creme fraiche served on shredded zucchini.
When our daughter went to bed me and my husband watched “Rizzoli & Isles” and “The Good Wife”.
