I woke up after more than 8 hours of tea. Stayed in bed and had some green tea while waking up.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich. (sorry, no picture)
After lunch we celebrated our daughter’s 7th birthday with some family (my husbands family). Her birthday was months ago, but we couldn’t celebrate then because some of our family was on vacation.
During the party I had some candy, dry-roasted peanuts and chips.
We also had beautiful cupcakes that were custom made by a local cake and cupcake business.
Dinner: When our family left I made a root vegetable soup (beetroot, parsnip, carrot, vegetable stock) served with creme fraiche.
Today I only drank tea and carbonated mineral water.
