Woke up after 8 hours of sleep. My daughter woke me.
Breakfast: Rye bread with liver pate and a glass of apple juice.
Lunch: Chili made from leftovers of yesterdays Bolognese sauce. I added some chili spice mix, green tabasco sauce, black beans and cannellini beans. I topped it with a yogurt-mint sauce.
Snack: Peanut butter and banana.
When my husband came home we went to the swimming pool for the second day of Zwem4daagse.
Dinner: Pumpkin-coriander soup from last week Monday, served with a little bit of goat’s cheese.
Late night snack: Chips with dipping sauce (yogurt and spices).
