Woke up after more than 8 hours of sleep when my daughter woke me.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Lunch: Napa cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, goat’s cheese, smoked chicken breast, red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Snack: Dried fruit.
When my husband came home from work, we went to the swimming pool for Zwem4daagse.
Dinner: Fish sticks with miner’s lettuce and a sweet potato mash served with lemon.
