I woke up after 6 hours of sleep when the alarm clock went off.
Breakfast: Yogurt drink (yogurt, apple juice, cinnamon, banana and shredded coconut).
We took our daughter to her first official figure skating lesson. This time we had to be there 30 minutes earlier, so she could join the warmup. The warmup is not on the ice.
One of my daughter’s friend from ballet joined for the part of the lesson that is in the ice. She is trying it out for a month.
Snack: Dried fruit.
Lunch: Miner’s lettuce, tomato, colorful carrots, celery, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, feta cheese, bacon, red vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
We took our daughter to her horseback riding lesson. While we waited for her me and my husband shared a grilled cheese sandwich with ham and some french fries.
Dinner: Podvarak (sauerkraut, paprika powder, olive oil and pork).
When our daughter went to sleep me and my husband watched TV and had a late-night snack: Dry-roasted cashew nuts.
