Woke up after 7 hours of sleep. Had a cup of green tea that my husband left for me before he went to work. Woke my daughter and got her ready for school.
Walked to school with my daughter.
Breakfast: Yogurt, banana, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Spent the morning cleaning because my friend was coming over for a meeting about the project that we might do together. He called around 11 to let me know he is coming tomorrow instead.
Snack: Dry-roasted cashews, almonds and peanuts and a pear.
Walked to school to bring my daughter home. She wanted to play with her “twin” so I walked home alone.
Lunch: Mixed leaf salad, colorful carrots, celery, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and bacon.
Dinner: Oven roasted vegetables (onion, red onion, tomato, zucchini and aubergine) with feta cheese, served with fried eggs.
